"WHEN Andy Jones found himself at a loose end after winding up his computer business, he decided to become a teacher – at home. He took his three daughters out of school and set up a classroom in his Alvaston home. He has never looked back and says his pupils are now thriving.
"It was the best thing I ever did," said the 34-year-old.
