Chocolate Caramel Tarts

Mmm! How is it that every time there is caramel, chocolate and sea salt mixed together, the dessert is bound to be mouth-wateringly delicious? Jamie made those tarts the other day and she even said that she guarantees that one bite will knock your socks off! Sounds irresistible, doesn't it? They would make a scrumptious holiday treat.
