

Le sigh. I'm feeling a bit under the weather this week. It might be because of the chilly weather or the never stopping rain but last night I spotted this awesome recipe for a spiced chai concentrate and I simply couldn't pass on it. The cool thing about it is that you can refrigerate the concentrate itself in a bottle for up to two weeks. That means no fussing around each time you want a hot cuppa of chai. You simply mix some of the concentrate with milk, heat it up and voilĂ ! Mmm...doesn't that sound delicious? xo
