Since I started studying architecture, I didn't find anything pretty interesting to share here that I already didn't know. David Fisher and his rotating (still nor built) tower in Dubai you already know, but also Alvar Aalto and all other people and facts that are already kind of a clichée in the architecture world. I didn't want to "spam" this blog with already seen things.
But today, I've found a very good architecture office, with its location in Vienna, Austria. They are creating and also building very renovating and new-designed projects.
I will present you the latest one that is also in the realisation in Yeosu in South-Korea. For more information, just click on the title.

I was pretty impressed as I saw this for the very first time, especially the façade left me speechless, since they didn't use any digital media to create that flexible, moving effect, but real material like steel. The projecting and planning required a lot of nerves, if I have to say this way, due to the details and ideas that are complicated, but very beautiful. Some little changes had to arranged also while the building process was still active, but in the end, the project will not have major changes. The opening is planned for May 2012. You can visit their official webpage here.
