How To Seed A Pomegranate

Sweets do you like pomegranates? Balazs and I love them with salads and goat cheese but to be honest I rarely buy them as they prove to be such pain to seed. So the other day I got super excited when I spotted Stephanie's cool trick to smooth and easy pomegranate goodness. She simply cuts it into quarters and with a use of a wooden spoon she whacks the skin of the flipped pomegranate till the seeds start spilling out. I’ve tried it last night on a ripe pomegranate and it worked beautifully. (Here is the full how to). xo

P.S: How to make white chocolate in 5 minutes and this nifty garlic peeling trick.
P.P.S: How to roast garlic. Yum!
