DETAILS: Slim-fitting leather shirt-jacket made from a super tough calf hide. Clean, basic design with raw seam work on the front and back. DETAILS: Collarless jacket with contrasting body and sleeves. Main body is made from a tough unlined grainy calf hide while the sleeves are made from a 54% linen/35% cotton/11% metal and lined with 98% cotton/2% lycra. Due to the metal in the sleeve blend, the fabric naturally has a very unique crumpled texture. Features a strap attachment detail going down the center-back. Double zip closure. Made in the USA.

ODYN VOVK BACK-ZIP SNEAKERS

Spring/Summer 2011 sees the release of Odyn Vovk's first sneaker style. The minimal silhouette and monochrome palette are exactly what we would hope and it is the perfect compliment for the brand's style. Made in Japan from a buttery soft calfskin and fully lined with a sturdy canvas. Construction utilizes careful paneling which creates a further unique look. Features a back zipper and black-waxed extra long laces with metal tip.

Each sleeve is constructed from two pieces of fabric which goes from mid-chest/back down to the sleeve, eliminating the shoulder seam. Two side double-welt pockets. Odyn Vovk - Signature 13-Loop Jeans

DETAILS: The return of Odyn Vovk's highly popular slim black stretch denim. Slim leg with a slight taper and subtly twisting seams. Pocket on the right-hand-side thigh with black-coated zip closure. 13 belt loop detail. Small insert of extra fabric at the top of the inseams, between the front and back portions, to allow for more movement. Tough-as-nails triple stitch construction through most seams.

ODYN VOVK ONE WOLF SOCKS

We love socks here at Blackbird and were delighted when Odyn Vovk designer Austin Sherbanenko offered these as part of his collection. We love the knitted wolf image on the outer ankle of the socks, but the real wonders are in the functionality of the socks. A nano antibacterial fiber developed by Silvix was smartly incorporated into the blend. In addition to fighting bacteria, it is designed to deodorize and rapidly absorb and dry any moisture. Basically they excel in doing just what a sock should: keeping your feet dry and comfortable.

ODYN VOVK "RIVER" WASH

For the spring/summer 2011 season, Odyn Vovk designer Austin Sherbanenko has developed a lovely hands-on wash process, resulting in a color they are referring to as "river". Each piece goes through the hand-dyeing process and is then individually twisted and tied while it dries; allowing nature to take its course. The process, based on the idea of erosion, has differing results from piece to piece. Different garments and fabrics take on the dye differently so each item will truly by unique.

DETAILS: 50% supima cotton, 50% micro modal elongated T-shirt. The extra length of the torso and sleeves create an elegant drape, the look further highlighted by the subtle curved seam construction. Looks great layered under other lightweight tops or bunched up around the body with a contrasting tank top underneath.
