Changing table contender

I'm loving the dimensions of this piece and the rows upon rows of small drawers. My only hesitation is the rustic-y roughness of the wood. But maybe I can get over it for the great price tag + a can of fun paint?

{THIS JUST IN! We purchased this dresser and it's now sitting comfortably in our garage awaiting a good cleaning, sanding and painting. Very excited to get started with this project. Not so excited that it weight a zillion pounds and will be a pain to get upstairs. But for the price ($130 talked down from $259!!!), I'll sell the house with it just to not have to bring it back down the stairs!}
