Glider re-do is underway

About 2 years ago (yes, two years!) I got this chair on eBay thinking one day it would make a great nursery rocker. It doesn't exactly rock but more tilts & swivels which is exactly what I was looking for. It has sat patiently in a spare room waiting for its moment in the sun which is finally here!

We dropped it off this Saturday at my favorite upholsterer's for a little update. The final product will be a whiter (but still sort of cream) chenille with black piping and larger black buttons. I think it will look sharp and I love that we can use it with multiple decor options down the road. Can't wait to post "after" pics but those probably won't be for another 3 weeks.
