Any new mom or mom-to-be has heard of the Sleep Sack. I'm a huge fan and have been since Knox refused to sleep in a swaddle (around 3 weeks). We made the transition to the Sleep Sack after I woke up to find our crying, cold little Pele had kicked off all his blankets in the middle of the night. But I have discovered a new love - the Gunapod. Same idea, just better.

If you've ever tried to wrestle a wiggly baby into a sleep sack OR place an already sleeping baby in one without waking him, you know the issue. Instead of having to thread your little one's arms through the Sleep Sack's arm holes, the Gunapod is two separate pieces. Unzip it apart, lay your baby down on the back piece, place the top piece over him and zip him in. The Gunapod zips all the way around so you don't ever have to disturb your little sleeping angel to get it on them.
A zipper along the bottom allows for easy access for diaper changes. Brilliant right? Of course it was invented by a group of moms. Duh.
