Geometric accent wall with just painter's tape (and patience!)

Check out this amazing wall treatment done completely in paint by LeAnn at TheVintageLaundress.



Talk about patience right?! She painted out the whole wall then used painter's tape to create her design before going back over it with a contrasting color. She used Liquitex Matte Medium on the tape before the second coat to keep it from bleeding through. Don't you hate that?

I have to try this Liquitex stuff. I absolutely hate when you spend all this time taping off a room only to have paint bleed thru! LeAnn says the entire wall took her 12-14 hours. Somehow that doesn't seem so terrible to me for such an awesome result. And I love that, unlike wallpaper, it's totally low in commitment & cost but high in style.
