Thank You Overstock! - Marble topped tulip side table

Last week Brynn posted about finding a new knock-off product over at Overstock - this marble topped tulip side table.

I've been in need of a little side table and this looked great, but being from Overstock I was skeptical about quality. And a marble top? Seemed to good to be true. But I took a chance and ordered anyway. It came yesterday and I'm SUPER happy with it.

It came in one huge box, base in a separate box, marble top in a wood crate!


They did an excellent job of wrapping all the delicate edges on the base which I'm sure would be prone to chipping otherwise.


I was happy to see that the same edge wrapping had been done to the marble top too.


Assembly really couldn't have been easier. The top is secured to the base with 3 large screws.


Here she is all assembled and standing at attention waiting to hold my drink.


I can't tell you how happy I am with this purchase. Overstock rocks. The marble is heavy and mostly white with some gray veining and the base has a nice, shiny powder coat finish. And $208 vs. $794 for the real deal. Yea...I'll take that.

Hurry! You know these things sell out fast at Overstock. Now if they would only stock the full size table!
