Squeeze The Lemon


I have a confession - I love lemons! It's probably because of my Polish-Russian heritage. I remember having them with everything, especially salads, grilled goat cheese and on fish (salmon, tuna). The other day I spotted Victoria's awesomely-cool post on how to preserve lemons in jars so they won't loose their rich flavour for months and I got super excited. They are perfect not only for cooking fish, chicken, Moroccan meals or fresh steamed vegetables but they would also make a fantastic dinner-party gift. Don't you think? Lovelies, have you ever pickled lemons?
