Dusky Caramel and Raspberry Crêpe Cake

Oh boy! Emma's caramel and raspberry crêpe cake looks dangerously scrumptious, don’t you think? Every time I look at it, I crave it more and more. She says that it's one of those smoky, creamy and slightly sour cakes that are airy and irresistible :) Oh my, it's probably time to give in and make this bad boy over the weekend! Yum. xo
