Travel Fantasy: One of the happiest countries in the world

While getting my daily dose of news I spotted an interesting article about the Kingdom of Bhutan. The beauty of this tiny Himalayan country (which is about half the size of the state of Indiana) made my jaw drop. It's not only located in the most picturesque part of the globe but it's also famous for being one of the happiest countries in the whole world. How incredible is that? Also, it's the birthplace of the concept of "gross national happiness," an alternative to the more traditional measure of gross domestic product. Isn't it pretty? I just want to take a big breath of that crisp mountain air. xo

P.S: Interesting: residents started to watch telly and use internet only twelve years ago. Crikey!
P.P.S: Hidden in the Alps.
