Crikey, I'm on such a brie-high! I've been munching on apple slices topped with jam and soft Brie de Meaux for the past few days. Yum! But tonight I can't wait to try those baked brie bites that Joy awesomely came up with. You just need some cheese, your favoruite jam, puff pastry and you are ready to go.
