How is this for breakfast perfection? Toasted Greek pita topped up with creamy mashed avocado, drizzled with a bit of lemon and finished off with a sunny side up egg. Caitlin is a genius and this simple recipe totally hit the spot for me. I guess it's one of those breakfast for dinner days in our home tonight :) Can't wait. (Here is the full recipe). xo
