Well guys, it's done! Our house officially went on the market this morning.  Click here for the full real estate listing.

It's been a bit of a marathon around here getting it ready for these real estate photos, open house and {hopefully} many showings.  All those little "to-do's" really add up!  But I'm very happy with how it looks, even if I am simultaneously sad to be letting it go.

While of course I am biased, I really think it's a wonderful house and perfect for a young, growing family.  It's got storage galore, a fantastic open floor plan on the main level, a huge bonus room upstairs and a large, level and very private fenced in back yard.  Our neighborhood is super family friendly with strollers and bikes everywhere.  We are less than a 3 minute walk from our neighborhood pool, 15 minutes to the airport, 15 minutes to Research Triangle Park and centrally located to downtown Raleigh, Durham and Chapel Hill.  Cary has parks galore, walking trails...it's really pretty much perfect.  We always joke that it's like The Truman Show but when the rest of life can be crazy, what's wrong with that right?

There is an open house this Sunday, April 29th from 2-5 PM.
 
Our flight to Boston is tomorrow at 10:30 AM!  I can't believe it.  We are excited and eager to move on with our lives in Massachusetts so if you are in the Raleigh/Cary area or know anyone who is looking to relocate here, I would very much appreciate you sharing this post with them.
