Whenever I think of tweed I always picture British countryside with stylish ladies in well-fitted jackets, long boots, rider pants and fascinators. Or witty gentlemen with proudly eccentric English style that of course includes a three part tweed suit, bow tie, immaculately groomed stash and long funky socks.
It seems that it's not just my mom, who loves well-tailored brown tweed jacket mixed with berry colour skirt and layered with a bow blouse. This season everyone around me is lusting over all things tweed from blazers, pants, skirts to even capes. Personally, I’m on a hunt for a well fitted blazer that I could wear with jeans for lunch dates or afternoon dog walks with knitted long scarves.
Lovelies, are you on the tweed-wagon already? How do you feel about this dashing British trend?
