Baseball Tee: Thumbs up or down?

When was the last time you wore a baseball tee? Since Emerson Fry came out with her newest collection I got hooked  on it. The simplicity of it totally appeals to me and paired up with sassy shorts, comfy jeans or messy hair makes for a super casual, relaxed spring look. Darlings, what do you think: thumbs up or down? xo

P.S: Other sporty trend: baseball caps.

Rock 'n' Roll Edge

Leather jackets seem to be extremely popular this spring, especially paired up with flowy long dresses or super cute colour jeans. I thoroughly adore the look and love how it transforms an outfit and adds a cool rock-and-rolledge to it, but sadly, I just can't pull it off. So for now, I’ll be swooning over those snazzy ladies above who seem to be rocking it to perfection!

Lovelies, do you own a leather jacket? Would you like to? What would you wear it with? xo

P.S: Also, those open-back beauties and the ever sassy polka dots!

Style Tweaks: Rolled-up Pants

A while ago someone gave me a great advice that totally helped me find my personal style: it’s not about how much you spend on the item, it’s more about how you make it yours. I’m the type of person who has to feel 100% comfy in the clothes I wear, otherwise I feel utterly miserable all day long. (You?) So, my thing is to keep it simple but add little twists here and there. One of them is the rolled up pants. I roll them up all the time! There is something rather adorable about showing your ankles and I love the relaxed feel of the look. The best part - they go with any type of shoes, from flats, sandals, loafers, wedges to even heels.

Lovelies, what's your little style tweak? Do you roll up your pants too? Are you a fan of the look or not so much? xo

P.S: Tomboy style and the snazzy shirt factor!

Stylish Couples

One of my guilty pleasures is people-watching! Every time Balazs and I drop by our favourite cafe or simply walk about, I enjoy looking at people. I often try to spot if their personal style complement each other or do they go in totally different directions. Often, I speculate if the girl dictates the dress code or do they both contribute in some way. Also, its fun to brainstorm about what they’re like based on what they wear or how long they are together. (Especially, when you see an older couple who totally matches – adorable!). So, the other day I found a few snazzy duos that I simply adore and those that look totally cute together.

Btw: Remember a while back when we talked about couples in long term relationships starting to resemble each other after a while? Some of those totally do, don’t they? And how about you? Do you and your husband/boyfriend have the same sense of style? Or totally opposite? Who is more sporty or relaxed? Did it change over the years? xo

P.S: And that photo below melts my heart!

Girl Crush Parisian Style

I bet you've seen Madewell's spring collection already, right? Well, as much as I'm smitten with the whole thing, I simply can't get enough of this cutie and her outfit. The look is not only effortless but it also oozes femininity on all levels. The dress, the rolled up sleeves, the pointy flats -  oh la la, my idea of spring perfection (right out of Paris). J'adore!

Lovelies, would you wear it? Doesn't she look pretty? xo

P.S: You can shop the whole outfit here.
P.P.S: Another cutie straight from city of light.

Pink Rules!

This morning while waiting for my meeting I noticed that pink seems to be popular this spring. I've already been swooning over the lavender and the blush hue, but after spotting a girl wearing a neon pink blazer with jeans, I got a tickle to give the whole pink-palette a go. (And maybe even be brave enough to get myself a neon pink pair of loafers).

Also, I read that to make your pastel pink pop, you should wear it with a light grey colour to create a very feminine vibe. Sounds good to me!

Loves, do you wear pink? Which shade do you fancy the most? xo

P.S: Also, blue and candy floss take on jeans!

The Shirt Factor

Boyfriend's shirt (preferably in white or oxford blue) with rolled up sleeves, foxy underwear (it's a must), skinnies, messy hair and a bit of red lipstick - my uniform of choice. I've been coming back to that combination a lot in the past few weeks as it oozes simplicity, makes me feel pretty and it's extremely comfortable. Also, a plain shirt gives a great canvas to play around if you feel a bit friskier.

My darlings, do you wear shirts or you'd rather stay away from them? Do you ever nick one or two from your boyfriend's/husband's closet? Fancy any of the combinations above? xo

P.S: Also, mix don't match trend and all about white tees.
