Elephant Nursery In Kenya

Le sigh, how adorable are those baby elephants? This morning I read an emotional article about the David Sheldrick Wildlife Trust which is a small but incredibly successful orphan-elephant rescue nursery in Kenya. They help those little buddies get well and strong before they let them back into the wild. The cutie in the raincoat is called baby Shukura and that raincoat was made especially for him to keep him dry, warm and healthy. Also, one of the carriers said this: "The more you're with them, the more you satisfy yourself. You just love them." Melts my heart. Aren't they sweet? xo

P.S: This story totally reminds me of those best pals from Havelock!
P.P.S: Also, the people who walk with reindeers.
